Neuropsychological Assessment - Dr. Gullickson

Derra Gullickson, PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

I have always been curious about the human experience and the ways our thoughts, emotions, and perceptions shape how we navigate the world. Over time, I have developed a deeper appreciation for the complexity of human behavior and the many factors that contribute to our unique experiences. Psychological assessment is one tool for exploring that complexity, offering insight into patterns of thinking, feeling, and behavior, while simultaneously recognizing that no single framework, diagnosis, or test result can fully capture who someone is. I approach each evaluation with curiosity, objectivity, and respect for the person behind the assessment. Ultimately, my goal is to provide meaningful insights that foster greater self-awareness, offer clarity, and help individuals make informed decisions about their lives.

Julia Brown, PsyD

Resident Psychologist

My passion for psychology and neuropsychological assessment stems from a deep desire to understand people—both in their outward experiences and in the complex, unique inner world that shapes them. Through meaningful connection and the development of a personalized roadmap, my goal is to empower individuals and those who support them to grow in ways that align with their values and aspirations. I believe relationships are at the heart of what it means to be human. Within these relationships, we have the opportunity to better understand ourselves, engage in self-reflection, and ultimately, transform. Authenticity and genuine understanding remain at the core of my work, and I am honored when individuals entrust me with their stories.
