Fees
Payment is due prior to the onset of assessment and consultation services unless arranged otherwise. Fees vary depending on the type of assessment administered (I.e. psychoeducational, neuropsychological, etc.), you will be provided with a quote for services after the assessment battery for your child is established. Additionally, travel fees will apply if a psychologist from our team is required to fly out of state to meet with your child.
Forms of Payment
We accept payment by ACH bank transfer (flat 10.00 processing fee) and Credit Card (3.4% processing fee). We use QuickBooks invoicing for these transactions. Payment is due in full prior to the assessment and consultation services unless arranged otherwise.
Insurance
Because we maintain a small practice and provide a much greater service package and degree of involvement with our clients and families than is typical, we do not bill through insurance directly. We do, however, provide custom superbills for clients seeking reimbursement from their insurance companies. Over the years, many of our clients have been successful in getting reimbursed for all or part of the cost of services.
