Bio

My passion for psychology stems from a deep desire to understand people—both in their outward experiences and in the complex, unique inner world that shapes them. Through meaningful connection and the development of a personalized roadmap, my goal is to empower individuals and those who support them to grow in ways that align with their values and aspirations. I believe relationships are at the heart of what it means to be human. Within these relationships, we have the opportunity to better understand ourselves, engage in self-reflection, and ultimately, transform. Authenticity and genuine understanding remain at the core of my work, and I am honored when individuals entrust me with their stories.

In 2019, I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ohio Christian University, followed by both my master’s and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Training in the diverse city of Chicago provided a broad range of clinical experiences that shaped my approach.

My first year of training focused on neuropsychological assessment, strengthening my ability to analyze and quantify human experience. The following year, I worked in a university counseling center, refining my therapeutic approach, deepening my empathy, and applying theory in a hands-on way. My final graduate training year blended both assessment and therapy as I conducted pre-employment psychological evaluations for first responders, including police officers, firefighters, and federal personnel. I also observed fitness-for-duty evaluations and provided therapeutic interventions for individuals coping with extreme trauma. This experience reinforced the crucial role of assessment in tailoring interventions to the specific needs of individuals and their professional environments. For my doctoral internship, I worked in a rural community mental health center in the Midwest, providing outpatient therapy, psychological assessments, crisis services, program development, and inpatient care. Though I gained experience in many areas, I felt a consistent pull toward psychological assessment—a field where I could help create an accurate, individualized roadmap for success.

As a Clinical Psychologist and member of the ClearView team, I specialize in psychological assessment, seeking a deep and authentic understanding of each client. My work is centered on building meaningful relationships, providing clarity through assessment, and guiding individuals toward transformation and positive change.

Outside of my professional life, I find joy in adventure, physical activity, music, poetry, and writing. Living in the mountains of Utah allows me to embrace both sunshine and snow—the best of both worlds. To ensure I show up fully for my clients and loved ones, I prioritize health and exercise, time with my family, and view music and art as powerful forms of healing.
